Bangkok is served by two international airports — Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang (DMK) — with direct connections across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Europe. Airport transfer arrangements will be published once the congress venue is confirmed.

Entry requirements vary by nationality. Delegates should confirm current Thai visa requirements with their nearest Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate well in advance of travel. Letters of invitation for visa purposes are issued after full registration payment.

- Can I get a letter of invitation for my visa?
- Yes. Letters of invitation are issued to delegates who have completed registration and paid in full. A letter of invitation does not guarantee a visa will be granted.
- Is there a discounted rate for trainees?
- Yes. A reduced trainee/resident/fellow rate will be available, supported by a letter from the programme director. Fee amounts are to be announced.
- Will the congress be available online?
- Hybrid or on-demand access options are under consideration and will be announced if confirmed.
- Which airport should I fly into?
- This depends on the final venue city. Guidance will be published once the venue is confirmed.
